Drawing on the experience gained at the Kibaale Community Centre in Uganda. The Pacific Academy Outreach Society (PAOS) has expanded its work to include the Timothy Centre. This project aims to develop Ugandan leaders by offering a variety of programs:

Timothy Girls High School: a boarding school that offers a quality secondary education for girls who show academic and leadership potential.

Diploma in Christian Education Program: a teacher-training program that equips practicing Ugandan teachers to integrate a Biblical Worldview into the regular Ugandan curriculum.

Demonstration Farm: a program that trains local, subsistence farmers in sustainable farming methods to increase their yields.
