Ugandan Leadership Team

Our African staff come from all over Uganda and some from neighbouring countries. They are committed to make a difference and often move great distances with their familes to this remote part of Uganda.

Kibaale now employs a number of staff who were students and graduates of the Kibaale Community School. Having now also graduated from institutions in Masaka, Kampala or other parts of Uganda, they work in the clinic, manage the farm, teach in the Kibaale Community School and various office, sponsorship and administrative jobs.

The project has several teaching/staff housing complexes where staff from other parts of Uganda can live with their families.
