International Summer School

In order to prepare ESL students for the coming school year, Pacific Academy conducts a one-month summer school program. The program details are as follows:

Thursday, August 22, 2008

Time:
9:00 am. - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

Cost:
$2000.00 tuition, plus $850.00 homestay,
all due upon acceptance.


Students attending Summer School will:
  • Have the opportunity to practice oral English in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere
  • Be involved in activities which will help generate oral language: picnics, hikes, cooking, shopping, various field trips, and computer work
  • Attend a professional sporting event
  • Learn strategies to help with grammar, conversational English and vocabulary
  • Be in a class with a maximum of nine students
