Teacher Educators (2 positions):
The Teacher Educators will be based in Kibaale. They will work with the Director of Teacher Education to provide training and mentoring for the teachers at the Kibaale Community Schools and will run workshops and training courses.
Desirable characteristics:
- Mature Christian
- Teacher certified
- Experienced, preferably with some Christian school experience
- Ability to articulate a Christian perspective on education including; worldview, curriculum development and methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and able to inspire teachers with minimum training and very limited resources.
The Teacher Educators will report to the Director of Teacher Education.
